MY STORY
Like most women, I grew up on fantasy tales of women, like
Cinderella, who were saved by Prince Charming…assuming they ever found him.
For years and years I searched, I found, and then sooner or later, my
relationships fizzled. Twelve years ago, in the midst of my advancing career as
a psychotherapist, I had an emotional breakdown, and was hospitalized for
anxiety and depression (the very illnesses, which I was attempting to help
others overcome). Something remarkable happened at one point during the shock
and despair I experienced during my hospitalization. It was as if a powerful
Force sent me a sudden surge. Immediately, I started to shift that dark
night for my soul into the spring board for total transformation. At that
moment, I knew there was a simple solution that could resolve the loneliness and
fear, and the answer wasn’t where I had been looking before.
And so, I set out on a very different journey…both personal and
professional. Since that time I have continued to discover remarkable, simple
tools that really work every single day of my life!
And what have I done to receive these extraordinary gifts of grace? All it has
taken is for me to show up and be open and receptive to
changing the patterns that no longer work in my life.
And, you don’t have to
wait until you hit rock bottom (like I did). You can start transforming
fear, apprehension and worry into total empowerment, joy, abundance, and
freedom…now!
